Our machine park
Salvagnini Lasers
We possess 3 Salvagnini L3 lasers equipped with a semi-automatic loading and unloading material system. They ensure the production of components in a short time while maintaining high quality. The advanced machine control software guarantees optimal material utilization.
Trumpf TruPunch 3000 and TruPunch 1000 Punching Machines
Modern punching machines with automated material loading, unloading and sorting systems. These machines can perform forming, threading, stamping, engraving and edge deburring. The movable head enables efficient production without scratches.
Painting Facility
For painting, we operate two powder coating lines designed for steel, stainless steel and galvanized components. The lines are equipped with both automatic spray guns and manual touch-up spray guns. The maximum dimensions for painted elements are 2300mm in length, 1600mm in height and 500mm in width.
